The Wild Beast Feast is a men’s outreach event and wild game dinner featuring a variety of sample meats and sides as you arrive. Dinner will include fried catfish, hush puppies, fries, and more.
Early arrival activities will include competitions of AX throwing, cornhole, washers, and more.
Giveaways will include a wide range of prizes such as archery lessons, coolers, hunting and fishing gear, gift cards, hats and much more!
You (and your guests) will be able to check in as you arrive to receive your ticket(s) and be registered for the giveaways.

Jimmy Houston, Americas Favorite Fisherman, is in his 45th year on national television. For 20 years, Jimmy Houston Outdoors consistently ranked as the #1 outdoors show on ESPN. Jimmy is well known as the hardest working pro in the country. He films 26 fishing shows plus some hunting shows throughout the year. As a legendary angler, Jimmy was inducted into the National Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame in 1990 and the Professional Bass Fishing Hall of Fame in 2002. He was inducted into the IGFA Freshwater Fishing Hall of Fame and the
Legends of the Outdoors Hall of Fame in 2008. In 2017, Jimmy was presented a Bass Pro Shop Angler of the Century award. He has been recognized with many other awards over the years.
Jimmy is the author of five books including “Caught Me a Big’un” which was a #1 selling fishing book. “Hooked for Life” and “The Reel Line” are spiritual and inspirational collections taken from fishing situations. His last book, “Catch of the Day”, is a 365 day daily devotional built around fishing tips, tales, and events. An updated “Catch of the Day” was released in 2012.
Jimmy is a deacon at Midway Hill Baptist Church near Sulphur. OK. Jimmy and his wife Chris reside in Southern Oklahoma. They have two children, 3 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Lynn Burkhead is first and foremost a follower of Jesus Christ. He is a happy husband, a grateful father, an outdoor writer and the Voice of the Denison Yellow Jackets. Lynn is a journalist based in Sherman, Texas. Lynn has written for ESPN Outdoors, The Herald Democrat, and multiple national publications, including InterMedia Outdoors, Florida Sportsman, Bowhunter, and Petersen’s Bowhunting.
