Discovering First Baptist Church
This website is designed with one purpose in mind…to help you discover First Baptist Church.  First family and First friends is what makes us First Baptist.  We pray that as you read about our church and ministries that you will know that there is a place for you to become a part of the First Family.  There is always room for you in our family. We want this site to be a tool to encourage you to discover all the wonderful things about our First Family.  You’ll find the First Family as a place of love.  As the family of God and we share life together.  This means that when one hurts, we all hurt.  It also means that when one rejoices, we rejoice together.  It’s about living the life of faith together in community.  You’ll find the First Family as a place of growth.  No matter where you are in your spiritual walk…from a seeker wanting more information to a believer who’s walked with the Lord for years…you will be challenged to grow in your faith.  Whether it’s through a bible study, a song, a sermon or just a friend urging you on, you’ll find that every member of our family desires for you to grow in the Lord Jesus.  Finally you’ll find the First Family as a place of service.  No one likes to sit on the sidelines and watch. We want to be in the game. We want to contribute.  If you are willing to seek out your personal spiritual gifts that God gives every believer, we’ll help you find a place of meaningful service through the First Family. We are a family of love, growth and service…we’d love to have you be a part of our First Family.
